The Speirs Family
Manor Butchery was bought by Peter and Maureen Speirs on the 15th November 1979. Later in 1994 their son Rick Speirs joined this awesome team. In 2002 Peter handed the reigns over to his son. Rick has a passion for interacting with customers and providing the best quality & service.

Manor Butchery has been around for many years and is an iconic building on the corner of Ohrtmann Road. Rick prides himself on attention to detail, to the best cuts of meat.
We pride ourselves on being an old school butchery in Pietermaritzburg that custom packs your orders as per your requirements. Grade A fillet or rump cut thick or thin accordingly to your specifications. Our friendly staff are always willing to help and assist customers.
